Beach Paradise is a limited-time event in SimCity BuildIt. It started January 24, 2024 CT and ended January 30, 2024 CT. It is an Event Track. You need 1,840 points to finish the event track. There are 10 tiers with the final reward being Phra Nang Cave Beach. This event track rewards you with 2 year-round buildings and 1 new limited-time building.

There are 3 ways to get Event Points.
• Various in-app purchases give you points.
• Upgrading a residential zone gives you 20 points.
• Doing a Contest of Mayors task to upgrade a Residential Building or OMEGA Zone will only reward you with 5 points.
• Doing all other Contest of Mayors tasks gives you 20 points.
