Buckingham Palace is a landmark themed building. It was originally released in Contest of Mayors Season 10: Royals and Palaces as the city league building and has been rereleased in Design Challenges Season 10. It can be exchanged for 1,500 blueprints. During Contest of Mayors Season 10, it was required to be able to buy St. Jame's Park.
