City Events are parades that go through the roads in your city. City Events are generated by specific buildings. When a city event generates the roads that it will go on have barriers on them and cars will not enter those roads. A city event comprises of a lot of Sims and some events have other balloons and floats that appear further into the event. If the event is on a Boulevard road the Sims will make a straight line, otherwise they are scattered across the road. Once the City Event reaches its destination it will disappear. It will also disappear if you leave the region, go to a different part of the city, or store the building.
