Corniche of Gulf is the first Premium building unlocked in Mayor's Pass Season 14: The Timeless Sands. It behaves like a Beach building, although it is a Mayor's Pass specialization building. It is exclusive to Mayor's Pass Season 14. It is available from the Premium Pass.
