Design Challenges Season 12 is the twelfth Design Challenge season. It started February 4, 2022, and ends March 4, 2022. It contains 2 old Contest of Mayors buildings from Season 12 and 1 new building. It is the ninth season to use the Blueprint Exchange reward format. It is the third season to have rewards depending on Design Challenge Leagues. It takes 4,500 blueprints to unlock all 3 buildings or 2,000 to unlock Monorail Station. There were 7 challenges this season. They were Lunar New Year Celebrations, Mountainside Grandeur, City of Romance, Smart City, Life is a Festival, Night City, and Carnival City.
