Design Challenges Season 2 is the second Design Challenge season in SimCity BuildIt. It started April 9th, 2021, and ends May 6th, 2021. It contains 2 old Contest of Mayors buildings from Season 2 and 1 new building. It has 8 tiers and needed 2,800 blueprints to finish the season or 1,800 blueprints to reach Fairytale Castle. There were 4 challenges in this season. They were The Great Wilds, Winter Wonderland, Green City, and Water City.

• The requirements for the tiers were lowered from Design Challenges Season 1.
• The requirement to hit the 500 Simcash was increased from 2,600 to 2,800. This would require you to hit every bonus goal and get minimum 4.5 stars every single time.
