It takes 4,500 blueprints to unlock all 3 buildings or 2,000 to unlock the The Simli Museum. This season includes 1 new limited time building and 2 year-round buildings. There were 7 challenges this season. They were Americana, City of Gardens, Tropical Haven, Entertainment Capital, Hidden City, Summer Holiday!, and Future City.
