Design Challenges Season 8 is the eighth Design Challenge season in SimCity BuildIt. It started October 8th, 2021, and ended November 4th, 2021. It contains 2 old Contest of Mayors buildings from Season 8 and 1 new building. It is the fifth season to use the Blueprint Exchange reward format. It takes 4,500 blueprints to unlock all 3 buildings or 2,000 to unlock the Rooster Carnival. There were 7 challenges this season. They were Falling Leaves City, City of History, City of Bridges, Chinatown, Night City, Sports City, and Spooky City.
