Design Challenges Season 9 is the ninth Design Challenge season. It started November 5th, 2021, and ended December 3rd, 2021. It contains 2 old Contest of Mayors buildings from Season 9 and 1 new building. It is the sixth season to use the Blueprint Exchange reward format. It takes 4,500 blueprints to unlock all 3 buildings or 2,000 to unlock The Mittens and Merrick Buttes. There were 7 challenges this season. They were Beach City, Journey to the East, Arabian Nights, Family Downtown, Mountainside Grandeur, Autumn Parade, and Green City.
