Latin American Zones were added during Mayor's Pass Season 7: America Latina. They were the first residential zone to be introduced as part of a Mayor's Pass season. They have a max population of 1,836. Placing a building from either one of the 10 specializations (Parks, Education, etc.) nearby can increase the population beyond 1,836. They are unlocked at level 6, have 4 tiers and they have a low service demand. This zone produces a total of 10 different Latin American Residential Buildings.
