London Town Zones are unlocked when reaching 160,000 population after building the Airport. They have a max population of 2,111. Placing a building from either one of the 10 specializations (Parks, Education, etc.) nearby can increase the population beyond 2,111. This zone has a different set of buildings for each wealth forecast (Luxurious, Premium and Standard) and then 4 additional buildings that appear in every wealth forecast. Those 4 buildings were introduced in the London Mayor's Pass. All except 9 buildings have 3 different colors. They have a medium service demand. There are 6 tiers of buildings. Each upgrade requires an increasing amount of London Items. This zone produces a total of 32 different London Town residential buildings.
