Mayor's Pass Season 3: Winter Downtown (Winter Town Living) is the third Mayor's Pass season in SimCity BuildIt. It started December 11th, 2019 and ended January 20th, 2020. This is the first Mayor's Pass with only 42 tiers. It contains 5 Free Mayor's Pass buildings and 5 Premium Mayor's Pass Buildings. Premium Pass costs $4.99. Usually, a double points week occurs on week 6. Taking this week into account you only need 77,286 points each week to hit The Chocolatiere and 86,143 to finish the season.
Santa's Workshop also opened at the start of the season for 15 days.
There are 42 tiers, 18 of which have Free Pass rewards, and all of which have Premium Pass rewards.
