NeoSimoleons is the currency releated to OMEGA. You do not start with any however after hitting level 30 and unlocking the Neomall you will be gifted 5,000. They can be acquired by collecting the NeoSimoleon revenue from OMEGA zones, Mayor's Pass, selling items to OMEGA advisors, and purchasing them for Simcash. NeoSimoleons are stored in the Neobank and the Neobank has a maximum capacity so once you hit that you will either have to expand it's capacity or spend the NeoSimoleons. You can use a loophole around this by building OMEGA structures like OMEGA bridges or luxury beach houses and bulldozing them to get over the limit. You can also go over the limit by selling OMEGA items to OMEGA advisors.
They can be used to build buildings that cost NeoSimoleons including the best services in the game and OMEGA Maglev roads, and the required services for OMEGA zones to function. They can also be used to purchase items from the Neomall.
