Placing a building from either one of the 10 specializations (Parks, Education, etc.) nearby can increase the population beyond 1,836. This zone has a different set of buildings for each wealth forecast (Luxurious, Premium and Standard) for a total of 85 residential buildings. Based on the research of several players, the wealth forecast of a building does not increase tax revenue. It only affects the appearance of the residential building you will get. This zone has 6 tiers and a low service demand.
