There are 11 tiers with the final reward being Pebble Cliffs. This event track rewards you with 4 returning limited time buildings.

There are 3 ways to get Event Points.
• Various in-app purchases gives you some points.
• Upgrading residential zones gives you 20 points.
• Doing a Contest of Mayors task to upgrade a Residential Building or OMEGA Zone will only reward you with 5 points.
• Doing all other Contest of Mayors tasks gives you 20 points.
