for some reason I can't comment in the comments section, but to the poster claiming they are impossible, they're really really not. You just gotta do a few key things. 1) bank simoleons and expect to burn at least 100-200K 2) have plenty of your building specialization on hand, with 3 Epic points minimum per building. Don't waste time with 1 and 2 point buildings - remove any that you might have before beginning. Look at the pictures of Epic buildings and select the specialization that appeals to you the most, and then find the buildings that offer the most point value for your effort. A 1 point building will have the same asks as a 3 or 4 point building, so you're shooting yourself in the foot with more work if you have those present. If you do Beach, get lots of Beach Deltas. If you do landmarks, get lots of Omega Towers. 3) when you start the Epic Building project, make yourself a LIST of what you need. My last list looked like this when I finished:
- 3 backpacks
- 3 froyo
- 3 drills
- 5 chairs
- 5 backpacks
- 3 garden chairs
- 5 chairs
- 5 steak
- 3 cream
- 5 backpacks
- 5 tires
- 5 flipflops
- 4 suits
- 5 drills
- 5 suits
- 5 flipflops
- 5 pizza
- 5 fridges
4) you can meet these needs through production or by burning simoleons in the GTHQ. Knock out the easy ones in production, pick up the semi-rares in GTHQ and don't worry about stuff that's super hard, like I never stress about backpacks or tires, if I find them great, if not, there are other things I can make or find. Do a serious scan, refresh every 30 seconds, go to shops that seem like they might have semi-rares to see what else they have that's not listed, just grind it out.
you just gotta hustle. Grind on the GTHQ, and also get Omega stuff from the
I only do epic buildings during CoM so I can knock out that task. I can often finish them to Cheetah level within a handful of hours.
