Urban Garden is a greenery themed building. It was part of the canceled Contest of Mayors Season 16 as the suburban league building. It was later released through the Spring is here! Event Track. It was unlocked after reaching 1,260 Event Points. It was rereleased in the Outdoors Entertainment Event Track. It was unlocked after reaching 180 Event Points.
