The Vu Tower
The Vu Tower is a tower on the side of the highway owned by Dr. Vu. The Vu tower is the best way to earn golden keys. You can earn golden keys by launching disasters on your city and repairing the damage. At the start, the Vu Tower is in a bad state and needs to be built. To unlock the Vu Tower you need to have 90,000 population and 40,000 Simoleons to build it. Once you choose to build it, you will have to wait 12 hours while it is being built. This can be sped up by Simcash. Once built you will unlock the first disaster and Vu items. There are 3 Vu items that can be used to launch disasters. When first built you unlock the first disaster Meteor Strike 1. Each upgrade will either unlock a new disaster or level up an existing disaster. When a disaster is leveled up you will only be able to launch the upgraded version of that disaster.
Upgrading the Vu Tower[]
A Vu Point
The Vu Tower can be upgarded to a max of level 18 with each upgrade costing an increasing cost of Simoleons. To be able to upgrade the Vu Tower you must gain a certian amount of Vu Points. You can gain Vu Points by launching disasters. Each disaster gives a different amount of Vu Points. The table shows the cost to upgrade the Vu Tower for each level. After upgrading to level 18 you will no longer receive Vu Points.

Disaster Zones[]
Disaster Zones are the rubble that is left over after a disaster hits. You can repair the disaster zones to get either 1 Golden Key or 500 Simoleons. Each disaster has a repair cost of either easy, medium, or hard. This tells you how difficult it will be to repair the disaster zones. Unlike the rubble left over from Club Wars, Disaster Zones will stay that way until repaired. You can refresh the building plans every 30 minutes. To launch a new disaster, you must repair all the old damage.
Disasters[]
There are 6 different disasters. They are unlocked at different Vu Tower levels and cost a different amount of Vu Items to launch. Each disaster also varies in repair cost, Vu Points, zones destroyed and rewards. Each disaster also has it's own animation when launched.

Bugs:[]
Rubble is left on the road and nearby buildings casuing cars and Sims to go through it.
The rubble left over when a building is destroyed by the Vu Tower sometimes extends on to the road causing cars to drive straight through it.
