Windsor Home Park is a Royal Palace themed building. It was originally released during Contest of Mayors Season 9: Wild West. During Contest of Mayors Season 9, it was only obtainable after buying Windsor Castle. It was rereleased twice in the Wedding Season Event Track. It was unlocked at 1,840 Event Points.
