You need 1,840 points to finish the event track. There are 10 tiers with the final reward being Santa Beach Party. This event track rewards you with 3 returning limited time buildings and 1 new limited time buildings.

• Any in app purchase gave you some points. (See Event Rules)
• Upgrading residential zones gave you 20 points.
• Doing Contest of Mayors tasks gave you 20 points.
• Doing a Contest of Mayors task to upgrade a residential zone will only reward you with 5 points.
